Will Brown
Will Brown, a well known local chef, has worked with us over the years to provide luxurious private dining experiences for guests. Will makes use of organic, homegrown ingredients, many of which are foraged from the surrounding area, with seafood, kelp and seaweed sourced directly from the Lough.
